A Little Bit About Who We Are Thank You for shopping www.alseafood.com. We know & appreciate quality Louisiana seafood. We are dedicated to providing the freshest food possible at competitive prices along with excellent customer service. Our family has been in the restaurant business & seafood distribution business over 25 years.
We know what quality really is and we really enjoy supplying and helping our customers. Weather you have a questions about how much food to order for a party or what type of beer to serve. We will do what we can to help. Plus we hate to see a bunch of great seafood go to waste! We have much experience in catering and throwing cooking events so are always happy to help out in your party planning food needs.
While some of products are imported we get the majority of our products from many of our local fishermen out of south Louisiana. We have very few complaints with our seafood deliveries. If your shipment arrives and you are not satisfied please call us immediately so we can help rectify the situation – if you aren’t happy we both lose!! Shipping Information: Food: We Ship our food products either by airport to airport or priority overnight shipping. *WE WILL ONLY SHIP FRESH FOOD SAME DAY AIRPORT TO AIRPORT*. This is to make ensure that you the customer recieves the best quality food possible. We can ship frozen food either airport to airport or priority overnight. Frozen food can be ordered through our website. Please contact us if you wish to place a live/fresh food order (non-frozen) and/or want to use the airport to airport shipping method.
We use most of the major airlines for our air cargo service for airport to airport shipping. All of our food is shipped in refrigerated cartons with gel packs. Overnight shipments are sent priority overnight. When using air cargo service, most of the airports have a walk in cooler that the seafood will be stored until you arrive . We will always call to insure that your shipments are properly protected. You should always tell the cargo people that your shipment is in the walk in cooler if they can't find it. Airport to airport shipping is to insure prompt delivery of fresh seafood and to guarantee our food is as fresh as possible.
We ship our non food products ground, 3 day select, 2nd day air or ground freight for the lager orders.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: If the seafood you receive is not of the quality you expect please contact us immediately. We however cannot be responsible if you fail to pick up your shipment from the airport within 12 hours after arrival.
Frequently Asked Questions: We will send out a confirmation email with the shipping status via the shipping carrier once the item(s) have shipped.
