We know what quality really is. While some of products are imported we get the majority of our
products from many of our local fishermen out of south Louisiana. We have very few complaints with
our seafood deliveries. If your shipment arrives and you are not satisfied please call us immediately so

Shipping Information:
We ship our food product airport to airport* -- via air cargo service or door to door typically via DHL.
We use most of the major airlines for our air cargo service for airport to airport shipping. All of our food
is shipped in refrigerated cartons with gel packs. DHL shipments are sent priority overnight. When using
air cargo service, most of the airports have a walk in cooler that the seafood will be stored until you
arrive . We will always call to insure that your shipments are properly protected. You should always tell
the cargo people that your shipment is in the walk in cooler if they can’t find it. Airport to airport
shipping is to insure prompt delivery of fresh seafood and to guarantee our food is as fresh as possible.
DHL shipments are typically used when shipping frozen products while air cargo is typically used for
fresh products.
We ship our non food products ground our second day air.
Due to the constant changing of shipping rates for our food products we ask that you contact us for an
accurate shipping and packing cost for your order.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If the seafood you receive is not of the quality you expect please contact us immediately. We however
cannot be responsible if you fail to pick up your shipment from the airport within 12 hours after arrival.

We will send out a confirmation email with the shipping status via the shipping carrier once the item(s)
have shipped. Please provide alseafood with cell phone numbers and e-mail so we may be in contact
with you with your shipping information.
