• Get your catfish fillets from Authentic Louisiana Seafood

• Soak in butter milk for at least 3 hours for added spice add some Creole
mustard, cayenne pepper and salt.

• After marinating slowly bring your oil to 350°

• Dredge your fillets through a season flour or any coating you like – corn meal etc

• Place fish in oil until it turns golden brown

• Serve with a tartar sauce and or Louisiana hot sauce
