If the seafood you receive is not of the quality you expect please contact us immediately. We however
cannot be responsible if you fail to pick up your shipment from the airport within 12 hours after arrival.

We will send out a confirmation email with the shipping status via the shipping carrier once the item(s)
have shipped. Please provide alseafood with cell phone numbers and e-mail so we may be in contact
with you with your shipping information.

Our Shipping methods may include: Southwest Cargo, Airborne Express, American Airlines, ATA, Cargo
Connect, Delta, Continental Airlines, Frontier Airlines, Northwest Airlines, U.S. Airways, United Cargo for
air cargo service
We also provide door to door shipping via Fed Ex, UPS or DHL.
